Some of my favorite memories have been the trips I have taken with my family. There is something about waking up in a nice hotel, in a new place, and setting out to explore the streets, with my family by my side. I’ll never forget the laughs we have shared over the most random things we stumble upon. Every time I hear the song “Hello” by Adele, it brings me right back to the train ride in Italy. Or when we got scolded for putting parmesan cheese in our soup in Florence. I mean, we are in Italy! Give me the parm! That’s a story for another day. We have shared drool worthy meals together; perfectly creamy cappuccinos, daily decadent gelato, and al dente spaghetti coated in silky tomato sauce and fresh basil. The list goes on.
